Unlike traditional filtered technologies such as rotating, mechanical or electrostatic solutions that use 2, 3 or even 4 filter stages to collect the expensive cutting fluids, 3nine's permanent media physically separates all the cutting fluid particles from the air down to 1µm. As a result the cutting fluids are immediately recycled to the tool for reuse.
